EnviroSpark and Starwood Capital sign US EV charging deal

Atlanta-based electric vehicle (EV) charging company EnviroSpark has partnered with private investment firm Starwood Capital Group in a multi-million-dollar deal. 

This partnership will bring over 400 charging stations to more than 80 multi-family home properties owned by Starwood Capital across the US.

Chargers will be delivered and installed in the next six-to-12 months, expanding EV access to over 55,000 consumers across 12 states. EnviroSpark says it is the largest deal of its kind for a single owner of multi-family properties.

Xos signs endorsement of global MOU with Calstart

Xos, a California-based technology company that provides fleet services, software solutions, and manufactures Class 5 through Class 8 battery-electric commercial vehicles, has signed an endorsement of a global Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) created by Calstart, a US national clean transportation non-profit consortium, advocating for the acceleration of zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles (ZE-MHDVs).

Allstar and MFG partner to offer ultra-rapid fleet charging

UK fuel and electric vehicle payment company Allstar Business Solutions has started a strategic partnership with rapid and ultra-rapid charge point network MFG (Motor Fuel Group). 
 
Allstar says the alliance boosts its network by an additional 40 ultra-rapid EV charging hubs, taking its overall network to more than 8,600 charge points across more than 3,100 locations.
