This new service includes Charging as a Service and network development, offering access to all major Charge Point Operators (CPOs) across Europe.

Targeted specifically at the CRT sector, the service aims to accelerate the adoption of heavy-duty electric vehicles and reduce CO2 emissions. It provides access to a growing network of EV chargers for electrified fleets, from light commercial vehicles to heavy-duty trucks, requiring public, private, or semi-public charging services.

The Eurowag EV app, integrated with GPS navigation, allows drivers to find charging stations easily, choose between slow and fast charging, and soon check real-time availability. The app also enables price comparison, helping drivers manage costs effectively. Payment is streamlined with the Eurowag fuel card, equipped with an RFID chip, making the charging process as simple as traditional refuelling.

In partnership with Last Mile Solutions, Europe’s largest e-mobility platform, Eurowag's service integrates seamlessly with its existing digital offerings, including fleet management, toll services, and tax refunds, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for CRT companies.

Matthias Maedge, Eurowag’s Vice President of CRT Decarbonisation, emphasised that this innovative service is a critical part of their strategy to make commercial road transport cleaner, fairer, and more efficient.
