Kempower is planning a major expansion in Europe as well as opening a US facility by the end of the year

The company says it is currently exploring different options to expand its EV fast charging production capacity in Europe. The aim is that the new capacity will be operational by the end of the year 2025.

In parallel with the European expansion plans, Kempower continues to establish operations in the US, as previously announced, with a target of operations being established there by the end of this year. The plan includes Kempower’s own legal entity and local assembly of its charging solutions.

Kempower currently has close to 14,000 square metres of production, laboratory, and office space across two factories in Lahti, Finland.
