LightningOS is aimed at the car rental sector to provide a seamless integration with EVs, offering a user-friendly interface that significantly improves customer interactions and satisfaction throughout every step of the rental process, from booking to driving.

According to Innocito Technologies, LightningOS excels in capturing essential EV data and has powered over 10,000 car rentals in three urban markets, proving its reliability. Additionally, the platform grants exclusive access to proprietary APIs, and planning for more integrations to further revolutionise the car rental landscape.

Innocito Technologies leveraged its expertise in digital technologies and digital customer experience to craft a robust, secure, and user-friendly SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform for Joulez.
