The EVBox gold medal rating was in recognition of its sustainability actions

Since its founding in 2007, EcoVadis says it has grown to become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, creating a global network of more than 100,000+ rated companies.

The EVBox gold medal rating was in recognition of its sustainability actions as a result of the 2023 assessment by EcoVadis. The result is based on the evaluation of policies, actions, and results of activities from the previous year in the areas of environment, labour, human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. EVBox scored a total of 73 points and is in the top one per cent of companies rated by EcoVadis in the ‘manufacture of other electrical equipment industry’ and top five per cent of all companies rated by EcoVadis.

“We are looking at our operations, our people, and our community to measure our positive and negative impacts while setting up mitigation plans. It’s rewarding to see that our efforts are paying off and being validated by credible parties like EcoVadis,” said Madalina Buzdugan, director, CSR and sustainability at EVBox.
